Thank you for shopping with Neelambara! We're delighted to bring you beautiful blue pottery. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing & Dispatch:

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 month. During peak periods, please allow for up to 2-3 months for dispatch. Dispatch timings for Diyas and Candles are expected to be around 15 business days.

Custom Orders:

As blue pottery often involves intricate designs and personal touches, most of our orders are custom-made. Please note that custom orders require at least 1 month extra for creation and processing before dispatch, in addition to the standard dispatch times.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Due to very high demand and order volume, some orders can take up to 10 - 14 days to be delivered(Excluding manufacturing time). However, most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 days.
